Welcome to my contribution to the Pootlers blog hop. Whether you have come direct as one of my subscribers or via a link from one of the other contributors, I hope you find lots of inspiration on the way.
Well the challenge this time was to use products from the new Autumn/winter catalogue. So I have used the lovely new bundle of the snowflake stamp set and matching punch (140868) The bauble is made from vellum and uses cotton white staz on ink. My inspiration was taken from a lovely chocolate box I saw when out shopping in Cambridge with my crafty friend Tina. The snowflake background is from the A Little Something stamp set (139830) which you can also buy as part of the bundle with the fabulous new pillow box die (140859).
I will post the video on YouTube of how to make this and add the link As soon as possible. I have had a nightmare trying to upload, so apologies, but it will arrive soon.
This is a new bundle from Stampin Up and can be purchased HERE in my online store along with all of the other supplies you will need.
Dimensions for the small bauble are:
card 5 inches by 8 1/4 (12.5cm x 21cm)
score every inch (2.5 cm) on both short and long sides
For the larger bauble
Card 6 1/2 x 10 1/2 inches
Score long every 1-1/4 inches at 1-1/4, 2-1/2, 3-3/4, 5 , 6-1/4, 7-1/2, 8-3/4, 10inches
score short at 1 1/4 inch intervals (1 1/4, 2 1/2, 3 3/4, 5 inches
I hope you have enjoyed this idea, next stop is my fabulous upline Sam aka Pootles. If you joined me from Pootles then please hop to the previous blog in the list maudie
How clever are you! This is beautiful, Heidi, and a good interpretation of the chocolate box we saw. Great job x

What a beautiful little box or ornament. Thank you for sharing. I want to try it as you made it look so easy. I can also see it possible with one of those little battery tea lights inside.
In just needs a little square platform in the bottom so that the tealight sits flat, then works well. . N
Very clever! Love these a lot!!!
Wow, these are beautiful!
Thank you, I’ve made them in cardstock too and you can get loads in as a gift box. More variations to follow!
