Sunday Scoring Merry Mice Landscape Pop Up Slider Card

So my Sunday Scoring series is for when you have a little more time and want to make a card that is a little different.  I have seen these in a portrait orientation, but that didn’t fit the image, so I changed it around, which has the added benefit of taking up less depth when on display.  The red and green is traditional Christmas colours and I followed the colour scheme of the DSP to get a co-ordinated look.  I’m not really known for cutesy, but I couldn’t resist these mice when I saw them.  The set has two large focal images and then the set of three little mice along with accents.  They could be coloured with blender and inks, markers or, as I did, an aquapainter.

  1. This is my favorite video to date! It is what happens in my craft room all the time. NOT that I enjoy seeing you mess up but makes me feel better because I do. I will try this card because I like the landscape size. However being in the states I am going to have to figure some measurements. Perhaps Pinterest or another u-tube video has done that that. Thank you for plowing through and letting us see your struggles. You were lovely.

  2. Thanks, I think it is important for people to see what happens….otherwise when it goes wrong you don’t know what to do. Is it the cutting measurements you need? If it is I’ll try and work it out in inches for you.?

  3. Heidi, this is such a cute card! I cannot believe you persevered through all of those tapings.

As far as being without a kitchen for 2 weeks…best of luck to you! My mother was without her bathroom for about 6 weeks. She was not too happy that it took that long. It is finally complete and the waiting time is a fading memory!
